Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using flux.report ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

2. Not monitor profiles without appropriate business justification

4. Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or otherwise inappropriately contact individuals
5. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
6. Respect the privacy and rights of individuals whose profiles you monitor

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Public Information Only

The Service only monitors publicly available information. We do not access private data.

Data Protection Compliance

Uptime and Availability

Service Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of flux.report and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for providing the Service to you.

Service Limitations

In no event shall flux.report be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination Rights

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Continued Use

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
